The bottle body is a transparent bottle, frosted bottle, colored bottle (white porcelain bottle, essential oil bottle) (uncommon colors but high order quantity, rarely used in professional lines), the effect of spraying generally requires an additional 0.5 yuan to 1.1 yuan per piece, depending on the area and the difficulty of color matching, silk screen printing is 0.1 yuan per color, cylindrical bottles can be calculated as single color, special-shaped bottles are calculated as double or multi-color. There are usually two types of glass bottle silk screen printing, one is high-temperature ink silk screen printing, which is characterized by not easy to fade, dull color, and purple color matching is difficult to produce effects, and the other is low-temperature ink silk screen printing, which has brighter colors and higher requirements for ink, otherwise it is easy to fall off, and attention should be paid to bottle disinfection.
